Finding, Uncertainty, and Objection
The form is intended to weaken the finding where the grounds are weak and to make visible what could change or displace the assessment.
Use
- Formulate the finding as narrowly as the material requires.
- Record counter-material and alternative explanations in the same document.
- A capture finding requires documented governing replacement and resistance to relevant correction.
