Limits of the service

The contact channels are not emergency services, public administration, a complaints body, or a guarantee of individual legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

In cases of immediate danger, medical emergency, violence, self-harm, or other time-critical circumstances, contact the relevant emergency service or competent local authority directly.

Receipt of an email does not confirm that the information is correct, that a matter will be entered in a register, or that a particular outcome will follow.

4

Personal data and attachments

Send only information necessary for the purpose. Do not send sensitive personal data, health information, identity documents, criminal-case information, or information about third parties unless strictly necessary and legally appropriate.

Submitted material is not automatically public. Any use in analysis, documentation, or publication requires a separate assessment of relevance, rights, privacy, source protection, and possible harm.

5

Response and prioritisation

No fixed response time is promised. Enquiries may be prioritised by seriousness, documentation, public interest, rights, institutional relevance, and available capacity.

Formal corrections should be sent through the correction channel and formulated in accordance with the Corrections and Revision page.
