Function and limit
The About section is the site's control and transparency layer. It enables readers to identify who is responsible for the material, which status the documents hold, which sources are authoritative, and how errors and objections are handled.
The section is not independent substantive proof and cannot replace the foundational work, the versioned documents, or testing against what is. It governs publication and makes responsibility and source relations visible.
