Finding
Extended note
A finding must not exceed what the grounds can bear. It distinguishes supported correspondence, uncertainty, deviation, contradiction, capture risk, capture, and corrective need under the applicable classification.

Not the same as
- suspicion
- raw observation
- a final judgment beyond the mandate
