Grunnlagsendring

Ei korrigibel realistisk grunnlagsendring er ikkje fangst av makt. Ho er korrigering av autoritet ved røynda.

Not seizure of power, but re-grounding of authority.

What changes

Foundational reform means changing the meta-rules: claims must be traceable, authority must be corrigible, systems must tolerate correction, and practice must answer to what is.

This is radical because it reaches the ground of authority. It is not violent, propagandistic, or dogmatic because it refuses capture.

Realistic expectations

First: language

People learn the distinction between actuality, frame, model, identity, and capture.

Then: examples

Everyday cases make the method usable.

Then: institutions

Domains and roles begin to use correction standards.

Then: public record

Objections, corrections, and examples become visible.

Then: reform

Procedures are rewritten to answer to actuality.

Always: corrigibility

The framework itself remains open to correction.
