Capture occurs when a frame, model, identity, language, institution, authority, or narrative stops serving actuality and begins replacing, governing, or predetermining what actuality is allowed to mean.
A frame is legitimate while it remains corrigible. It becomes capture when it protects itself from correction by what is.
